Blackpool The Organ Returns To The North Pier.

After an absence of four years the popular organ concerts are to return to the North Pier in Blackpool for the 2009 Summer Season.
The owners of the Pier(Six piers Ltd and a subsidiary company of Leisure Parcs) apparently received a two thousand name petition virtually demanding the return of the organ.
The concerts will be performed twice daily at 11.00am and 2.30pm from Sunday to Friday commencing on the 27th of May 2009.
The content of the concert programme will be popular tunes,light classics and a request section.

It was well worth walking in the wind and rain to see your performance David.Shame it was such bad weather but I cannot blame you for finishing your performance early as I was also worried you might get electrocuted with the rain hitting the organ Hope I can make it over to the UK and Blackpool again in the not too distant future.
I only wish you had a CD to sell as I would ahve bought one to bring back to the USA
